PSOBB: ;_; My Chameleon Scythe is gone

I was so eager to test it so I didged through the bank for a yellow item but didnt find one. And then I watched my team points and in one menu there was this 1pt item. I though. You maybe have to take it from there. SO I selected it and took yes. 3 seconds later I realised that I couldnt use it and it should be greyed out in the bank/inventory? And I have given it away to the team pints. ;_; Anyone that wan't to spare a Chameleon Scythe? XD

Before it gets locked : the Cameleon Scythe is the last item on your inventory in the belongings of your first-slot character. Start the game, check your items, it should be the last one. (unless you're a droid, obviously)
