Interesting... how bout other magics like Davil's Tail (Angel and Devil, I think). I dunno if Chao is pronounced correctly, I always thought it was 'chah oh'
I think Chao is pronounced like "Chow" And it was funny, how it showed Lightning's HP bar getting hacked at while Adam was explaining IQ and Synchro. It was a very informative piece of work!

I think you're both right about Chao being pronounced Chow. I knew a kid when I was younger who had the last name Chow and it was spelled Chao. Another mistake by Adam.
That's still ok! I like those tutorial videos! Plastic Diver Guy didn't make a reappearance, though. He drowned in Tutorial Four.

I say, cha OH (2 syllables). Though I can see where you are heading towards with it. Xiao (shao) is Chinese, shaow (almost pronounced as one syllable) while japanese it would be pronounced cha OH.
Its definately "CHA-oh". When you play sonic adventure 2, its pronounced that way. And besides, the Japanese write it literally as "Cha-Oh". http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_biggrin.gif
Ha ha! Real good job on these Trypticon! I find these are excellent quality and very entertaining. I'm your #1 fan!! http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_lol.gif keep it up!

... Oh, a fan... what am I going to do? Glad to read that you are enjoying these Nazo, because the latest episode was truly a bore to make. I'm not fond of mag raising, and keeping the synchro up after a while can really be a drain on the conscience. Then again, they are important, so I knew I would have to go into them sometime.

I thought it was pronounced Cha-oh in SA2 also.
Omochao was put in the game to annoy people, so probably mispronounced his name to further annoy people who know how chao should be said.
This video is better than the previous ones, but the stupid voices still irritate me http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_disapprove.gif

If you have a problem with voice acting to make the videos more interesting, then don't watch them. It's not like people are forcing you to do so. You know the different voices are going to be there, because I like to have friends appear in these also, and I'm not going to go around using the same voice for everyone, as it would just be confusing. I don't quite understand why people at the forums here like to mix compliments with insults, but I see it in just about every thread once or twice, at least.

i think the voices add humour and comedy as does the cheesy music...

Omochaoh was put in the game because it makes a pun on "king of all toys" in japanese (omocha oh).

And yet it's so much fun picking him up and whipping him into a chasm in Sonic Adventure 2. >.>;;
Anyway, I have to agree; the voices and music are what make these videos, for me at least. The part where you had text saying "Santa's got a gift for you this holiday season... Cells!" had me laughing too. And I didn't know anything about mag cells before watching this (I'm still relatively new to the game), so I learned something! On the strength of that, I say keep 'em coming.
