Pipeing?

Can someone explain to me how to pipe? Im a HUcaseal so i cant use ryuker.

Go to the Hunter Shops, but some telepipes. Once down on Ragol, use a Telepipe. You'll have a way back to Pioneer 2, just like Ryuker. You do this to, either, 1. Cause rare enemies to appear by piping several to many times, or, 2. To get back to Pioneer 2. Good luck!
