Ult enemy dfp, atp, and tech resistances in Ep 1 and 2

Does anyone know how much Ultimate enemy atp, dfp, and tech resistances will be lowered in Ep 1 and 2? Will forces actually be able to do decent damage with techs, or is Sonic Team gonna screw everyone again?

No one knows at this moment, since the trial version doesn't include Ultimate.
