View Full Version : GC: Why is Antares 8 dead?
Haven't been around since november because of recovering from my 5th corruption, but Antares 8 used to be full of players...now it's dead all of a sudden. Why?

It was filled with dupers and such, but I believe they retreated to Vega and other unlegit places. Sometimes they do find legit blocks and annoy them sometimes.
The Legits haven't moved back, and it just lies empty.

I left PSO in November too and am going to make a return quite soon. I used to visit Antares a lot but it totally filled up with spammers and such idiots. So we started making various posts on this site to find a new "home". We then started to move out to Deneb and other such ships and I think as time has gone on people like to go to the more social ships http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_smile.gif. Decent explaination???

Altair 2 is becoming quite spam happy since IGN decided to move it's block from Deneb 9 to there... D; Too close for me..

That explains why I'm not one of the very few people there anymore!
Still, I miss Antares... Vega always seemed (and still does) full of totally unlegit spamming idiots. Antares was full of people, without as many annoying ones (note that although I am legit, I don't judge people by their legititivity). As I scroll through the ship selection now, though, Deneb 9 doesn't seem as thriving as it should... rather, there's always little huddled groups in Altair and Antares, and I don't really want to join (when there's only three people in a random block with one team, you can guess they want to be alone).

I was referring to Deneb9, but that place has been invaded with illegits now it seems.

If ur hav'in problems with spammers and dupers y don't PSO World make there own ship/block and only tell the password to us account people sounds lik a good idea from spammers and dupers getting in.

Well, it's not that simple to make a private PSO server, let alone one with restricted access...
