Here's my list:
-Bought double saber from ebay for $10
-Organized a marathon w/buddies to play 3 days straight
-Played while drinking beer and eating pork rinds
-custom all of my chat symbols for one animation sequence
-played legit for a whole year before resorting to cheats
-skipped shagging to make an important trade
-dusty PS2
-dusty X Box
-since ver.1, missed about 1 combined month of playing pso due to family visits, sick days, etc...
Okay, show me your hardcore moments....

- Skipped three days of work straight to play
- When your weekends are like: Wake up, breakfast (if possible), PSO, skip lunch, PSO, dinner or a snack, PSO until sometime between 3am or 5am, sleep for three to five hours, repeat. >.>
- Bought PSO v1 JP, PSO v1 US, PSO v2 JP, PSO PC, PSO Episode I & II Trial Edition and have PSO Episode I & II Final import on pre-order.
- Bought a domain named pioneer2.net
- Use vhosts such as "molest.the.whole.rag.rappy.at.pioneer2.net" and "im.a.dirty.PSO.wh0re.at.pioneer2.net" while chatting on IRC.
- Run around on PSO taking pictures as if you were on some type of vacation or something.

PSO v1/v2:
Watashiwa II (LV 133 HUmar), Alis (LV 109 HUnewearl, at least I think she's level 109. -_-;), and May (LV 103 FOnewearl, might be 104 now, I forgot. >.>) are the three main ones I play. I have like ten others, but you probably won't see them on much if at all.

PSO Trial:
Selena (LV 13 RAmarl)
RJ-45 (LV 1 HUcaseal)

That's good, but the games about to die and the quest for legit items aren't going to come out. In fact most of the phocus is now towards Ep I and II so it's kinda like having desert after substantionally finishing your meal.

- Bought import V2
- Bought Majora's Mask same day as PSO V1, MM got left on the shelf
- Played Challenge mode on a daily/nightly basis for two whole monts
- Played Challenge Mode in 10 hour marathons, up until 6 - 7am some mornings
- Played PSO for about 11 months in total, most I've ever played a game. Only bought one other game in that time, making a personal record (PSO = money saver!!!)
- Plan on paying hefty fees to import Episode I & II.

Ghostar you are hardcore stuff...I think you and Wata beat me by a mile although I shell out real bucks to buy that damn double saber with 15% native. Hehehe, I loved that blade...then I saw the Holy ray open and close and it mesmorized me to trade my double. *sigh Oh and it's true, I haven't bought a game since PSO besides FFX..wait, I got that for X-mas so I've spent zilch on another game!!! Sweet!!
i guess im not as hardcore as a lot of people here but i have a ps2 xbox and gc and dc...i just bought morrowind for xbox...and guess what freaking game im playing? PSO ver2!!!i just put like 10 hours in 2 days and now i have a lev 23 hucast in the caves hard mode...and i plan on importing the GC pso:p

lol i remember when they were selling weapons on ebay..LOL holy shit thats nuts...heheh...man i hope the GC PSO will bring back some of the old days...those days were great...and can someone tell me....was DG(dangerousgirl or something like that) was it a he/or a she! really she/he left and i never got the answer...he/she was cool...he/she was the shits..even though he/she was so loved and powerful he/she still played games with me....man that was a nice person....lol then i met cube and glider...LOL hahah cube took a break to cook some soup..LOL it was so funny cause he was going like crazy over it...LOL and glider was just the man...never played with wata because he was like the fucking president:p lol and i played with iceblink for like 20 min...then i met a bunch of other cool psow peoplez and life was grand:)

Good, I'm glad I wasn't the only one that saw the PSO auctions at E-bay. Plus Darth Maul was really hot back then too which broke my wallet out for the double saber. Geez, I also wish GC will bring back those lovely experiences.

Actually thinking I can walk through someone and not bump into them. Now that would be hardcore if it ever happened.
- You play PSO so much that you turn pale and sunlight burns your eyes.
- You stay up till 3:00 or more playing PSO.
- You have every single rare weapon known to the PSO universe in your bank.
- HUnewearls turn you on.
- You have have to be online at a certain time for a tournament.
- You have played over 3000 hours of PSO.
- You have to take a break from PSO just to get interested in it again, because you have played it too much already.

Beat dragon at lvl 1 as HUcast (the only class that can survive his drill rush) on 3rd day of v1, was HUmar until i tried HUcast
found PSO-world... ok that's everyone
went out and bought 2 4x memcards so i'd have enough for 9 chars
met and still know sadnessofdel. althought that was like 2 months after i slowed my playing to once in a while. I host a fserv for Captain N the game master cartoon episodes in irc.gammaforce.org #captain_n . He stumbled in, and when i found out who he was, he spilled the beans and informed me he wouldn't be back for Episodes I & II so yay for that one. He's now known as ConstanceofFate, the rom and cartoon trader.
did every single quest before moving on to hard mode, repeat very hard, repeat in v2 Ultimate. (you do get lots of exp)
Became a chef Pioneer 2 chef... until warchild took my title from me
my PS2 got so much dust the first time i tried to use it again, it wouldn't read a brand new game, there went my extended waranty.
my sega saturn's cmos battery died, i lost the manual so i don't know how to pop it out without the holder breaking.
Have many a watashiwa video file including "Cube's Wedding" and his battles including the one where glider defeated him.
GPA fell but i guess that's standard with everyone
learned some japanese (yay)

Make over 60 characters, just for the hell of it, and then writing character bios for every one of them. Then thinking, "Hey, this would make a kool story," and writing one, including every funny PSO moment, like reading the news in the Market about the RAmar that got killed by a dieing Dragon...

Oh, and to add to that, making a trading card game out of all the characters, plus all of my friends' characters. (Of course, me and Miyaki work on the card game together, so it's not all me.)

LOL maybe was cool...like the first 3 days..LOL...then i found out about puck 9 ...then miranda 7...then pso died:( actually you want to know what hardcore is? ill tell you in this short story...Well one day my grandfather had a stroke right..but it happened late at night...and my mom took him to the hospital....so i was asleep...the next day i wake up and nobody is home...i see a letter that says my parents are at the hospital and they will be back...so my grandfather had to go through a surgery that was only a 30% chance of him even coming out...and you know what i told my mom? i dont want to go to the hospital yet..i got some things to do...you know what i was doing? playing PSO...hogging the phone line and got yelled at so bad because my mom was trying to call home to say that my grandpop made it out ok..but is still in bad condition..man after that day i realized i needed a break from PSO.. now I visit my grandpop almost every other day...i felt so bad that day...im just glad hes alive but pso actually had that control..which is pretty scary! and this is a true story to..dont think im jking or anything...i felt really bad that whole night man..it was the most horrible feeling a person could go through *well maybe not but for me yes* then about a week later when he got out...guess what i did...played PSO..LOL but at least i knew he was ok....thats what i call hardcore...when you will play pso while a loved one is dieing...sad isnt it:(
Ok maybe that was a bit extreme...glad your grandfather is ok while you was playing PSO. I'd hate to have imagine if something had happened while you was playing....
yeah my grandpops is ok now..even though hes starting to lose some memory...hes 78 but i think he has a few good years left so thats great...also man my mom went off...she was even crying...lol...well not funny back then but a little now..she was like "what if something happened..huh...you playing that f-ing game all the f-ing time..i should throw that f-ing shit away..lol i never heard her curse that much in my life..hahaha..ehh...everyone makes mistakes right?

ya I remember so many times my mom yelled at me for hogging the phone, although my grandparents were ok at the time... I also remember when I went about 72 hours non stop and eventually got really sick from not sleeping... I was addicted so much. Although, some people have been worse. Then my grades in high school dropped 2 letters... so much for going into UCLA :

I help over 40 people get their HL through my credit card. I think I lost some money along the way because even though they sent me $15 money orders...I had to pay the 8% interest rate hehehe, oh well...small price to pay to have ur buds online.
...when you INTEND to go to a website, but instinctively type pso-world.com and hit enter without even thinking, then wonder why you are at PSOW again when you just closed that window 2 minutes ago...
