Drunk parents SUCK ASS.

They are obnoxious, and they ramble on about STUPID SHIT THAT THEY ARE NEVER GOING TO FUCKING DO FOR FUCKING HOURS. They are also really DAMN LOUD. And they act like DAMN STUPID CHILDREN.

I agree, and for that matter drunk people in general are annoying as hell... when you're sober that is.

Also... in order for that lily to give you a red box, it would have to fry anyways... so why are you giving it a choice to fry or not?

My dad has never been that drunk in all my time that I've known him. Maybe when he was like 20 or something. Lol.

I found it easier to get things from him when he's drunk.

When my dad gets drunk, he likes to tell me (repeatedly) how proud of me he is, and then launch into a lecture that has nothing to do with what he was just saying. Usually about the stock market or government.

When I get up and leave, he usually gets loud and obnoxious and argues with my mom. It's SO annoying.

My parents dont drink. My sister however drinks like a horse. Shes constantly pissed off her head. Thats annoying when you have work all day and she wanders in loudly at 4am.

My dad got drunk only once in my memory and that was about 2 years ago.

My uncle had come over and through numerous conversations about their iventions and dreams, they'd both managed to completely annihilate an entire bottle of Patron. Both of them, drunk off their asses, kept talking about crazy inventions and the properties of sound waves. http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_wacko.gif Once we moved out onto the deck to continue talking, my 8 year-old sister runs up to my dad and snatches the hat off his head and runs to hide it in the back yard. My dad takes off after her in a drunken sprint (not very fast http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_razz.gif) to find the hat in the back yard which, by the way, is absolutely pitch-black. i suppose I could have turned on the lights in back, but it was just too entertaining. As the evening progressed, I felt it necessary to call my Aunt so she would come pick up my Uncle - as son as I got off the phone, my Uncle drove away. Thankfully, he arrived home safe, and thankfully, I called my Aunt again as soon as he drove off because when she got back home, my Uncle was parked in the Garage with the car running and the door closed listening to the War of the worlds at full volume. http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_wacko.gif

If I remember correctly, my entire family (all but me) got drunk in Las Vegas once about a year ago... This means I had to herd my Uncle, my Dad, my Grandma, and my Cousin through the casinos and to their Hotel rooms without any police or anything noticing my dad being drunk....

Luckily, neither of my parents get drunk .. in fact I am not sure my mom has ever been. But considering my dad is actually more plesant when he is drunk (he seems happier) I kinda think I understand where you are coming from.

Whenever we go to my grandparents' house on my dad's side, all of his siblings get together. There's usually quite a bit of alcohol consumption. They, uh... they have some fun political discussions and whatnot while they're "slightly" intoxicated.

Obviously I'm underage but I find I tell really good jokes when I'm drunk on Sparkling Strawberry Cider. I know. It was hysterical, I started telling crazy jokes and they all were laughing they're heads off. It was funny but I'm somewhat suspicious of whether they were laughing at me or at my jokes. Either way, it was awesome. Alcohol effects everyone differently, I agree with you that parents AND well, anyone who is effected the way that the parents you described Eihwaz are DAMN annoying.
