Yeh, you heard me right, i got my very first jury duty today!!

I've been to court before so i know what to wear n stuff.. but i don't know how they actually select jurors. It's the kind of cases they make-up for wannabe-lawyers to practice. It was pretty interesting!! and that's why i wanna go. Plus, who can say no to 5 bucks a day? LOL

OK, well since nobody really answered how they pick jurors I will answer. Say the trial is that a 18- Wheeler ran someone over and they dont know if its an accident or something. They will ask all the jurors like, do you have bad feelings against truck drivers or do you have a bad history with them.

Then the defendts lawyer wille ither say I am OK with this juror and the same thing witht he prosecuter.
