Ok, well, today I went bowling, and, for those of you who have never been to a bowling alley, there is a place where you roll the ball from, then a foul line of some sort, then the oily lane. So, I'm bowling, and I'm having a pretty good time, and eventually, a woman with a green shirt walks in with her friends and a little kid about 3 years old I will assume is her child. Well, there are 26 bowling lanes in the place I was bowling, and I was bowling on lanes 17-18. They were bowling on lanes 3 and 4. It seems I could see stupidity from 13-14 lanes away, because the 3 year old takes a shot at rolling the ball down the lane. The woman in the green shirt had taken out a camera. Then, the green-shirt-wearing moron walks ONTO the lane, on the oily part, and proceeds to take a picture. What an idiot. She could've been hurt, but it would've been her fault anyway, because she stepped on the lanes, and there is even a sign behind the front desk that says "Do not cross the foul line." If the person at the desk saw the lady walking onto the lane, she probably would've kicked the Mrs. Green Shirt and her group right out. The child's bowling ball was slowing about ten seconds later, and, as if the flood of stupidity wasn't a torrent already, Green Shirt Woman walks, still on the lane, to the child's ball, which was still rolling, and PUSHES IT ALONG. What the f*** was this idiot thinking, going on the d*** lane and f***ing pushing the ball.

Well, that's my rant, and thankfully, my intellect wasn't harmed by the idiot in the green shirt.

The saddest part of it all is that, if she had gotten hurt, she probably would have been able to sue the Bowling Alley. Ain't that a bitch? http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_evil.gif

Yeah, you have a point there. But it would've been awesome to see her slip, though. Regardless of what happened afterwards.

True, but I guess if the woman tried hard ehough, she'd still win that case. Oo

Further OT, this woman sounds like a complete moron.

Always remember the prime example: a burglar enter's someone's home, hits something and breaks his leg. He sued the homeowner and won.

something similar to this was a guy broke into a man's house and was caught red-handed AND wielding a knife (or maybe a pistol). The owner shot at the burgler INSIDE his house, but only injuried the man's leg. The theif sues and wins basically what he was trying to steal...

Two sentences can sum up my feelings.

In general, people are stupid.
The present judicial system is a joke.
