Question about standstill shield

i looked at the item database and i was wondering if the shield slowed your movement or attack speed in anyway?

It boosts DFP very much (I think most of all shields available) but it doenst boost EVP very much (as some would have hoped http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_biggrin.gif )

Thats why the name standstill shield! Or whatever... hehe

Evasion is useless anyways since you'll very rarely block attacks in Ult (unless you're a really high level, in which case you'd rather just get hurt for little damage instead of wasting time blocking).

The Kasami Bracer seems to be everyones favourite shield and looks pretty cool (especially compared to the ugly standstill shield). Does it add ATP to your base ATP like a mag?
