She is Misha-san. And she is the Main Girl in the Manga Pita-ten. She is the reason i go Su, Tee hee and use words and make em babyified.

Color Pencil. But Blended with a Colorless Pencil Blender.

Really? Wow, it looks a lot like the Oil Pastel sketches I did. Interesting..........

I say this out of constructive criticism:
You should try coloring your ENTIRE pictures. I think it will look much better, because the paper white doesn't go well with the dark, heavily blended pencil. You also may want to do more shadowing and clothing folds (stuff I need to work on as well).

As i continue to work with things like this i will do folds more and shading and what not.
