ToS Help

Right, my little sister is playing right now and she is stuck. She got the flower thing to heal collette and now I think you're supposed to go to SE Abbey, and talk to Zelos's sister and get the cruxis crystal and then head for the tower of salvation.

Anyway, the point of this thread is really we need help. When my sister goes to SE Abbey it says entrance is forbidden. I went and checked the guides at gamefaqs and saw that you should head to the SE Abbey after getting the flower thing to save collette.

So is it possible my sister missed something? I beat it before but can't remember anything http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/anime2.gif . So if anyone has any ideas please share them.

Tried having Zelos as Avatar didn't work. Though I told my sister to do what Eclair said and it ended up working. gah, I forgot so much of that game
