It's not your problem, TOH. Stop caring so much for others. Also, point him in the direction of my guide. If your friend knows what's good for 'em, then he'll give it a glance. True, over POW won't help much for maxing, but until that point as long as they can hit (probably with the aid of weapons with hit %), it really doesn't matter too much. It depends a lot on what they're entire setup is, not just one or two isolated factors.
