Ult forest drop rates in quesion

I have run through the Ult forest tons of times, and the only things i ever see are materials, and photon drops. Materials have always been common place when i play, no matter the mode, and so I wonder, do I just have really good luck with materials, or, being to the fact that they are indeed not rare, and the game is just being a real piece of work to me?

Also, do the limits to the number of materials a player can use still the same? Like humans getting to use 250, and Androids, and newmen only getting 150?

Materials are not set as rare drops in higher difficulties. Materials have a higher drop rate in them (I'm assuming, but almost positive of).

Remember that personal luck plays a huge part, and you aren't guarenteed to have it drop on or before that number of enemies. That is just an average.

Materials:
Humans:
125 HP
125 TP
250 total of others

Newmans:
125 HP
125 TP
150 total of others

Androids:
125 HP
150 of others
