Ever take a nap with the express purpose of being refreshed, only to wake up feeling crappy?

That's what happened to me.

Unhappy Solstis. Grraaar....

I find naps of about 2hrs or less make me feel more tired than what i was before the nap

Waking up sucks in general.

Despite the crappy feeling afterwards, short naps (for me anyway) tend to be worth it.
I do tend to feel a bit crappy or so for maybe half an hour or more, but then I feel great and energetic.
The ladies love the kiz when he's energetic.
It means they have a faster and more challenging moving target when they kick my ass.

It took a bit of reading after I woke up this time before I started feeling crappy.

I'm the opposite. My night sleep is hell to me. Naps make me good. When I can actually fall asleep.

I'm a zombie without caffeine http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_nono.gif
