Well? Who's going to be waiting until October with me for PSO? I don't feel like going through all the hassle with importing, I've found other shit to invest my time into (hence the reason why I'm seldom here). Besides, I still haven't grabbed a GC yet, which can be done anytiime if I didn't constantly kill my loot...

I'm thinking the same... I want to import but I'm all iffy about it. I don't have a GC yet and if I did decide to import, I'd want to have my GC sent in to be modded and that's kinda expensive. So, I'm not sure yet but most likely, I'll be lazy and wait till October.

actually, modding isn't that expensive at all! if i remember correctly, there was a thread that said (rhymes!) a price point in the $30 range (probably 39.99), for ncsx, i belive. I shall go check this now.

I'm gonna most likely wait for the domestic release. I hardly ever import games; so I find modding my GC will be a waste of money. I'll be perfectly happy with the domestic release.

I don't know about others, but I'm importing, not to play the game earlier, because ST will no doubt have more quests and such for the Japanese version of the game.

Waiting? Nah, I see no reason to when I have the choice to import and reap the benefits from that.

I have no doubt in my mind that EI & II will be like V2 where there's 2X as many Japanese people playing than US and EU combined and they will get all the rewards.

For one, I wouldn't import if I could. Just stupid like that, I guess. Secondly, since I'm 16 with a dad who believes in stricly following the rules, I'm pretty sure that he'd object to the extra cost to get the game early. Besides, all the paraphenalia (sp?) is going to cost me loads anyway. Game itself, keyboard controller, BBA... That's going to be close to $150 anyway. I have $105 now, and no source of income since our lawn is dead and nobody wants to hire a 16-year-old. @_@

Bottom line: No importing for me.

What Phalanx said. Regardless of the extra delay, we've seen that the Japanese version will have better support over time. So its the 'better quality' one to get.

I just want to have PSO for once BEFORE all the crap starts. Both version so far I just missed the golden era. Not this time.

Oh, I'm sure I can think of some odd-jobs I can find for a 16 year old to do around here to make some money. *wink* Just be here by 7pm. Unless you need me to come by and pick you up.

Anyway, I have no intention of waiting. I imported v2 last year and don't have any regrets from doing it. I've noticed that importers are treated better, not only by their peers, but by ST itself in the form of more quests. The Central Dome quest came out last July and just recently, was translated into English. Basically, SoA cares for its customers the same way Osama Bin Laden cares for his victims.

Er... believe it or not, I'm about to turn in an application to McDonalds for lack of other jobs to attempt to get, yet. I've run the gamut of grocery stores and movie theaters. Heck, I practically *volunteered* at the Y were it not for the realization that I'd be working for free with little kids. I don't like little kids. >_O

No doubt I'll be waiting. For one I don't havea phone jack in the basement or a high-speed connection port until around October. Also, the only thing I've ever imported before was a DBGT figure from GameCave five years ago when I liked the series...........now what name will I pick....for my character....
