I lost my MUSASHI+40 and loads of other items??
What other ways are there of getting FSOD??

Transporting to, and between lobbies, are two of the really few ways of getting a FSOD. And Musashi isn't all that good.

I would say; get used to it. Bank all your non-equipped weapons before leaving a game. And most importantly: stay away from Vega. Under all circumstances.

Hehe. I'm in Vega sometimes despite knowing this, but only when noone in other lobbies are online. And even then, I don't like to play games in there, I rarely do.
