For anyone in the UK wondering what hidden charges they should expect to pay when importing PSO (or any game for that matter) then have a look at this.
Remember if the package gets stopped, which it doesn't always, there will be 17.5% Value Added Tax and 1.1% customs duty when the postman comes knocking. Take my order from NCSX for example. The price of pre-ordering PSO, the Modem and keyboard/pad hybrid on UPS Global Priority Mail will cost pretty much £120. Remember that you won't pay tax on the delivery cost so what you should expect to pay is roughly £20, if they stop it that is. Personally I have asked for it to be marked as gift so I should avoid customs and taxes. Noone will get in trouble if it is stopped; my Rogue Leader, marked as gift, was stopped and I still didn't have to pay anything on it.
Hope this helps someone as it took some effort to get the correct information while buying my GameCube.
