I have been working on CGing some pictures for a few PSO projects of mine.

first, my PSOW summer vacation picture

second, a Kuda Labs poster

thirdly, a request by eclair that is almost finished



I had most of these (seeing as they were big projects) in singular pieces. the summer vacation had a piece for each character, so it had about 12 pieces. my Kuda labs poster had about 7 pieces, and the Eclair request was just plain detailed.

so, I've been working on these ever since I came to Japan (about 7 weeks ago), I've been CGing these. they were almost done too. about 80% for the PSOW summer vacation, 65% for the Kuda labs poster, and about 90% for Eclair's request.

I got home today to finish eclair's request, and I find it has been corrupted.

I decide to work on something else.

I check all my pictures on the hard drive.

EVERY SINGLE CG'D PICTURE I HAVE BEEN WORKING ON IS CORRUPTED!!!!

I am so freaking P.O'd at this crud for precessors computer!

If I did't have restrain on my anger, I probably would have lobbed the keyboard right through the moniter. then set it a flame, and danced around it wearing nothing but war paint and a kimono, while slashing at the bonfire with a 12 foot katana.

Zip Disks, Kuda, Zip Disks... >.>

Sorry about, that really bites. But its one of the reason why I now save a copy on the cpu and another on a zip disk... Just in case. (too bad PSO characters arent as easy to back up)

Yeah, CD-ROMs, USB flash drives, large zip file spread over multiple floppy disks( http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_lol.gif ), something. >_>;
