Is that of a snapshot. Is this only for my computer or is there something wrong?

EDIT: It's back to normal, but has anyone else seen this? I saw it in the snapshots topic and a Fanworks topic...

Might have been someone's signature messing with the forum tables, like that happened with that one person's sig?
