Challenge: FKL Flag

I need some help doing a new FKL Flag design.

I did some of the easy stuff. We just need someone who can do a lot of repetitive stuff, and has some practice in MS Paint (or anything that can use jepgs).

Post here, and I'lll E_mail you what I have so far, and the plans.

Also, I will need someone who is very skilled at those types of programs to take this idea and do a final version, a nice and neat one (my Paint and Photoshop skills suck).

Not exactly. It will have both the http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_wacko.gif and the http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_disapprove.gif in large quantities. And it has http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/spam.gif.

I could post a really rough pic, that due to my crappy Paint skills I won't dare to touch any more:

The Black should be covered with http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_disapprove.gif to the best of the person's abilities for the rough draft, and for the final, anything not covered by http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_wacko.gif, http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_disapprove.gif, or http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/spam.gif is black.

The final draft should also have them arranged neatly (unlike my very rough draft).

I don't think I've got what it takes to make a flag of that magnitude.

And well...That flag there wasn't my design.
