Communism is an economic plan, not government. Currently that falls under totalitarian or socialistic governments... And dictatorship is not a government format either, it just specifies the type, much like a genre of music versus the specific style within the genre. And under true communism everything belongs to everyone, including the secrets. However a true communism cannot exist due to the fact that it would require a pure anarchy as the government, ergo no government. As of right now with voting FKL seems more like a true democracy... like Switzerland. Though it might work out for FKL to have a true democracy due to the low voting population, in real world terms a true democracy would take so long to count votes for every possible thing to be voted on, whether leaders, laws, bills, or taxes, it would result in collapse due to the law being out of date by the time the votes are counted. That and the fact that the general public is made up of followers, not leaders who thus do not contain certain criteria for planned voting including but not limited to, intelligence, common sense, insight, and foreward thinking.
