Luck=criticals, i think that at 100 luck its like a 75% chance of critical...not sure...someone would have to verify

It's around 20-25%. It's was tested. I'll post the link if I find it.

Luck is for criticals only.
I have my luck outmaxed at 100 with my Hucaseal.
I usually get 3 criticals from a full mech combo (thats a roughly 33% average for me)
