[A view of Off Topic City is seen]

[The camera foucuses on one of Off Topic City's many towering edifices]

[The camera focuses on a young woman named Navi who is inside this building]

Navi (writing): It's been two years since that day. That was the day it all ended. I don't know exactly how it began--I wasn't there-- but I was cuaght up somewhere in the middle.

[Flash back to two years ago (this is where the movie will take place]

[Navi is walking down a street in Off Topic City]

Navi (still reminsciing): At the time I was an investigator for the Off Topic City police.

[She approaches a small building and opens a door]

Navi: You wanted to see me, Solstis?

Sol: Yes, but before I begin I have two things to show you.

[Solstis generates two pictures on his computer screen]

Navi: Okay, I see pictures of two women. What are you getting at?

Solstis: This is a serious matter!

Navi: Oh, sorry sir.

Solstis: The one on the left is Photondrop and the one on the right is Eclair. Photondrop went missing a month ago and Eclair went missing two weeks ago. We haven't found any bodies, but we've found clues: hair samples, strange markings, signs of a struggle, almost the same location. Both of them were also Off Topic City investigators. One was under Frink's command and the other was under Outrider's command.

Navi: It looks like we have a serial killer.

Solstis: It's actually more than one and we don't know if they killed them.

Navi: I'm assuming that you want me to find these killers.

Solstis: No, we think you might be next.

[Navi enters the gates of FKL]

Navi (reminiscing): I entered the gates of FKL and saw a dipalidated area full of ruined buildings, piles of rubble, and the entrance to the swere system. I ventured further into FKL and found a place with houses made out of rusty scrapmetal and buildings that had fallen into disrepair.

Navi (thinking): So this is the FKL community.

[Navi walks toward one of the buildings]

Navi (reminsicing): I walked toward the building that I thought might be the the location of the head master. At this time I was unsure of how the peopel here governmed themselves. I passed a blonde haired man burning pants in a trash fire. He came over to me.

Pants burning man: Hello ma'am. Welcome to FKL! I'm Allos.

Navi: I'm Navi with the Off Topic City police. I'm here to investigate some disappearances.

Allos: Oh, I've heard about those.

Navi: What information do you have?

Allos: The people responsible are called the Name Kids. They all sniffed white out until their IQ's were room temperature and so now they take pleasure out of making jokes about the names of females.

Navi: Know anything else?

Allos: Nope, but I'll follow you around for awhile so when this thing is over we'll fall in love and have lots of babies.

Navi: Okay!

[Allos follows Navi to the building she was walking to]

Navi: Why were you burning pants?

Allo: I'm with the DTPA.

[Navi slaps Allos across the face]

Navi: You brute! Get out of my sight!

[Allos walks off sad]

Allos: Why did I have to tell her? That's what always gets me. Everything is good until they figure out what I'm a part of.

[Navi entered the building]

Zelutos: Can I help you?

Navi: I'd like to see the headmater of this place.

Zelutos: You mean Brady Wady? He's in the buliding on the other side of FKL.

Navi:*sigh*

Navi (reminiscing): I made my way to the other buidlign and confronted Brady Wady--whose name was actually Bradicus--to ask him aobut the disappearances.

Bradicus: The Name Kids have a very charismatic leader. He acts like he's interested in the woman, leads them to the ruined city to the west and that's where they strike. We assume that they have a base in that area too.

Navi: Where can I find this guy?

Bradicus: He's at the Kiawa Hana club. He's one of the few peopel their that doesn't butcher both the English and Japanese languages. He usually wears white and you'll never find him looking at the hentai movies they have playing in there.

Navi: Where is this club?

Bradicus: By the HQ of the ADTPA. Here's a map.

[Bradicus hands Navi a map]

Navi: Thank you.

Navi (reminiscing): Upon receiving this information I remember being excited. I had finally found some decent information and I could finally catch these criminals. Little did I know that I was in over my head.
