In ultimate Ep2 on Halloween and Xmas you can find Saint Rappies/Hallow Rappies (sp?) that drop Jackle Lanterns and Xmas Presents with Mag cells...
Easter you get Egg Rappies who drop ...well, I think it was an Easter Egg with weak but cool/cute looking items

On halloween you also get a speical quest.
basically it involves running through CCA-Jungle, getting to the end, and collecting cakes off of Rappies.
When you collect 8 different cakes (cakes are determined by Guild card digits I believe) you can take them to a group of Rappies in this quest, and obtain a Pumpkin the easier way.

Heh, yeah the halloween quest is definitely the way to go if you are wanting to nab jack o' lanterns. I still have 8 different cakes in one of my char's bank from last year LOL.
