Everyone has made SO many references to it since I started playing PSO.

The conversation in my sig happens near the beginning of the first Hitchhiker's book, one of my favorites. Other nuggets of valuable information from the guide and its sequels:

Never leave home without a towel.

Don't underestimate the dolphins.

A never-ending party is one heck of a thing to be hit in the small of the back with.

It's always someone else's problem.

The secret to flight is to simply not concentrate.

Making tea is hard.

Never ask a computer to do a Betelgeusian's job.

Earth: mostly harmless

Maybe that's why PSOW was gone for awhile. It was SEP.
