Evey civilization has its ups and downs; there are periods of ascension and periods of decline. This cycle continues until the death of the civilization. However, civilization is an immortal phoenix that rises from the ashes soon after it's death. So I have returned to the phoenix known as PSOW to rebuild this place from ruins and help this phoenix soar again.

That and the fact that it's Thanksgiving break and I'm bored.
