bah. track practice today i had to run 3 miles (finished second, woo ^_^) run up and rown a long hill 4 or 5 times, demonstrate how to jump a hurdle today for the new guys on the team, and visit the weight room (not to mention my pony tail rubber band snapped >_<). i come home, to find i've been entered in a 20k marathon.
