We haven't had snow here for nealy a month... And even then it wasn't even enough snow/cold enough to shovel when I woke up.

But in my city:
6" of Snow + 1" of Ice + Wind < School

Especially when Public Works forgets about the street in front of the student parking lot, and there are several spin-outs (I was one of them) and at least one accident when turning into the lot, most were probably coming from a complete stop. >.<
The whole street was seriously a sheet of ice.

But I'm probably exagerating the numbers.

Here in Western Washington, it's rain all year.
Rain in Spring.
Rain in Summer.
Rain in Fall.
Rain in Winter.

Oh... sometimes though in the Winter we are blessed enough to get just enough snow to ice the streets and cover them in slush.

I don't get Red "X"s; I get a green circle, red/pink triangle, and a blue square. Which is better than a Red "X".

That's a square. Look closer. You can see the sharp edges of a square. Its just that there is a "shiny" part of the square, which could make it look like a circle.

But it does look like a smily face. But I don't understand why, because that symbol means the pic didn't load properly, which is generally a bad thing...

No snow here in Virginia. T_T No snow....

If we had snow, it wouldn't matter as far as school closings go, our new super intendent (or whatever hes called) for the schools came from some place where it snows all the time... probibly Michigan. >_>... so he doesn't believe in snow days.

Of course we're loosing half of our Christmas break this year. They sure as heck better give us some snowdays. -_-

They act like they're being NICE by giving us 1 week of Christmas vacation. Whoopie... (-_-)/

You people wouldn't last one day in Winnipeg, gets to be -50 Celcius sometimes with -20 windchill and 10 feet of snow walking up hill to school/work and back.

As you can see we can alter space and time

It would be much easier to just walk around the rise leading to the cliff.

Last year we got snow, amazingly. Then, about 3 years ago we got snow. Then, a few years after that we got snow.

I always celebrate when we get snow. To me, it's a cherished thing.
