My gawd I hate this line.
It works whenever you get owned, for full effect though it is used in fighting games after a beat down. Just replace the SC name with your opponents name, real or in-game.
I hear it after Street Fighter, Soul Calibur, Virtua Fighter, Tekken, you name it-my older bro has beaten me in it and said I tried my "hardest, ... but it wasn't enough!"
