I think ive seen that building in Ah King's Gar Griffon battle movie, I thinkt hats definately it, you see it a few times when the camera swings round, it appears to be on top of one of the surrounding hills.

Yeah, you can definately see that in Ah King's gar Griffon movie, when Ah King gets knocked down near the start of the movie, you can see the building on a hill in the background.

I really do hope it is the lab, and not just some non-interactive scenery.

One thing about PSO that kept it quite 'samey' was the way you were even outside for the whole level or inside for the whole level (until the Forest boss being the exception). I've been playing Halo in co-op lately and I like the idea of having elevators and switches that need to be activated and constantly moving to interior and exterior places. So I like the idea of a huge building to explore.

The second photo can also be seen in another movie - the GameJam 2002 Footage Movie to be precise, that shows off alot of rare weapons that people have not commented on yet.

If you can go in and explore the building it would be great, like in area 1 you have to make it to the building and area 2 is inside, something differnt like that would be great

Who cares, they're nice to look at. I'm not out there hunting for pics on the Net about PSO. These pis are new to me too. The only pics I've seen are the ones at Ah King's and right here in PSOW's very own Trial Media Page. Sure I've already seen what most of these pics show but what ever. Everyone is just trying to kill time till August 8th (or 9th to me)

I didn't say the Visk specifficaly, I said the second photo, which was taken from the GameJam 2002 Footage movie.

Another thing concerning that building, it also appears to be part of the Central Factory, something I noticed when looking at this small pic from Gpara.com:

They changed it because they felt that the controller wouldn't be used as often as the standard one, so it would be better to colour it white. To make it seem more of a specialised peripheral I guess. If you have the time, run that link through BabelFish, there is alot of interesting info, and it translates fairly decently.
