I don't think that the demo can show off how good the game is for the PC... I downloaded it not too long ago. Controls are awkward and un-changable, enemies can't hurt you, you can't find any items (Although I hear you can find ONE telepipe), and no sound.

Of course, it might be the demo he was referring to.
Likely, though, he meant BB, but I guess we can't know for certain.

Can you even find PSO for PC anymore? I never saw it once in North America. Blue Burst would be nice except it is online only. I don't have any way to play online-only. Can't afford monthly fee.

as far as i know, PSO PC never got released outside of asia. and of course you needed to buy an HL (officially).

actually, besides BB, there is no PSO version that would be recommended to join right now, because all the others are either dead or dying.

so you'll have to find a way to pay... or an alternative.
