I have a question for anyone that knows tha answer. If you have an illigit item is it true that you can't find any other rares?

it all depends on what system you are on and what kind of item... generally it goes like this.

HACKED MAG (ie: anything above a level 200 mag)
stacking items to 99 on items that can only go to 10.

thats pretty much it.. I don't know if god equip effects the rate but these sure do on xbox. so.... there you have it.

if you have 127% on a weapon, that doesn't effect anything to my knowledge.

this should be in cheaters anyhow.
