RAmar?

I think it's the Heaven's Punisher. Its special is AWESOME and it's really cool. I've seen a friend used it in Ruins. Very effective.

Spread Needle did Red Harvest (Ramar) a hell of a lot of good!

Now he's got a Heaven's Punisher! It's also very very very cool! "Set Lawgivers to Genocide!"

He's also got a Belra cannon, but I'm yet to see it in action....
Anyone tell me if it's any good or not and what the special is?

Version 1, you're best off getting either a CHAIN SAWD (if you can equip, but I believe you can) because it's not rare (do the JP Easter Quest, downloadable from booyaka.com), and does hefty damage, even without percents (version 2 SKYLY characters will gladly give you one if they've got the space for it!). Otherwise a Visk does just fine.

Version 2, get the Red Handgun (I never played a RAmar, but I think Anti-Android Rifle works... just a tad rarer). I can't stress this enough, but it's the only weapon that a ranger can use in version 2 unless they're really luck and find a rare. So legitimately, you're best off with a Red Handgun (but they get high percents, so eh).

But since everybody uses hacked stuff, I guess you can use everybody's suggestion of HEAVEN'S PUNISHER and SPREAD NEEDLEs. Might as well, since everybody hates a hacker.

My favorite weapon for an RAmar include shot type weapons with high percentages.

I've found that when I go online, people constantly question why I use shots and undermime my power as a RA especially in version1 days when the original needle ran rampant and bored the name "Rare" to hell. Everyone thought shots were weak in battle. They sort of are, but you have to know the pros and cons of the weapon and use it to your advantage. Shot types kill the first 3 bosses easily. They were meant for multiple targets and keeping them back. You can steal life and create TP for you.

In version one days, I just pulled out my Charge Arms to prove how much better it can be than a Spread Needle even with hacked 180s. Set pallette to special attack, then fire 3 times with charge arms. In ruins, it blew the enemies away with 500s to 800s. Thats when they accused that I used cheats too. I told them my weapon nameand that I was using my meseta to do all this.
They'd try to compete back using battle/unit and a +255 needle which COMPARED to my shot, that's it.

I've always wanted a Baranaz Missile, that would be the perfect. Shots might be slow for animation, especially male Rangers. RAmar the worse cuz hes got less ATP than RAcast. But with a battle unit, shots can dominate the battlefield. I just wish there were more rare weapons with shot type animation, range, the whole package, not some slow bazooka that looks like it shoots a rafoie (*looks*).

Shots are great for RAmars.

a good ramar weapon in ver2 is twin psychogun, ramar exclusive and very powerful.

I used S-Rank Twin Psychoguns, red handguns for each area, various shots, and a Yasminkov 2000H with my RAmar. It worked fine and I didn't feel a need for an ultra-rare weapon, though I did try a few times to hunt for a Yazminkov 3000 R. Since that required finding a Mil Lilly, that experiment didn't work.

Failing to find the Yaz 3000R was offset by having an S-Rank RAmar. That accomplishment was something of a badge of honor. Not many S-Rank RAmars exist, relatively speaking.

Yeh Baranz Launcher is very good.. stylish and Charge special. If there WERE any other shots to find in Ult (just wtf are you doing Sonic Team), it would probably be the best one.
