Photoshop NewBie needs help

can some help me learn how to make cool images and banners

.........its alot harder than someone just telling you..i mean look how horrible my sig is...but at least i did it:) anyway you should just experiment....its so much fun!

play around with filters and stuff, and the draw tools and bluring and etc.

Err, Photoshop isn't the easiest thing to teach through message board postings.

im playing with it right now...i had to download a few cool fonts..Xbox Quake..Unreal..Anyother cool fonts out there?

I don't know of any fonts, but I'll tell you the more you tinker with PSP the better you'll get at it. I make all of my sigs with it, and it's just something you have to get used to using before you'll get any good at it.

Maybe you can do a search on Google for some PSP fonts and brushes?

I put a DVD from my Evangelion boxset in my comp DVD drive, and when the opening was playing, I grabbed the images(two for this one).

I then resized the images in PSP, cut the quality alittle bit, and used Animation whatever that came with PSP to put the images into a .gif.

It's easier than it sounds really. Tinker with it and you'll be ok.
