It really depends on where you live. I would jump on yahoo for your country and do a search for isp in your area. There are a couple of global ones, but they are rather expensive.

Dialups are so common now, dont accept one unless they are high quality and for around 10 bucks a month tops for unlimited use.

If your in the midwest I highly recommend net56.net.
