You cannot PM someone who doesn't have access to their account.

He can't when they ban all of his IP's. So he will just have to email.

I totally understand this is a dictatorship, but even dictators have morals.

True true, but i can see reasons why he should be banned too. An example of many is one of his title rooms: PSOW Mods:Nazis, Watashiwa:Hitler, or something of that sense...

Sleet1 made a rant and asked to be banned yet he continued posting after saying "bye."

btw: It seems that EVERYONE who "posts their last post" or "leaves PSOW for good" seems to at least post one more time http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_smile.gif or show up one more time http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_smile.gif hehe.. Some are more welcome than others however...
