where are the rings?

Can anyone one tell me where you can find
the rings? yellow,black or any colour!

Yellow and White are rewards for getting B and A rank in C Mode.
Blue is from TTF quest, Ult mode, minimum baddies killed.
Purple and Green are findable in Ruins boxes.. maybe some other places. Half IDs get purple, half get green.

The other.. 2.. I dunno.
