Hunting th Elusive OPA OPA

Ok, last night I got my IRA mag up to mind level 93. I want the opa opa, do i need to do anything other than get the mind over 100? Has anyone found an opa opa, if so where did u find it?

Is that a ring tailed lemur in the forest?

The only way to get Opa Opa is by using a MAG cell on it called Opa Opa's Heart... and he other requirement is to have a mind rating over 100
