Is it a glitch, or is the FAQ I'm looking at on GFaqs wrong about there not being PanArms in Cave 1?

There is no glitch. The FAQ is probably wrong. Each stage (Example: Ruins 1, Caves 2, etc.) has more than one layout that you can get, so you don't run through the exact same thing every time. If I recall correctly, there is one Cave 1 layout that has one or two Pan Arms.

Its delsaber in Ruins 3 that's impossible

panarms can appear in cave 1, not once or twice, but can be many
panarms usually appear in large rooms like the 'midway' room, the long wide 'oval' rooms, etc

Chaos Sorceror/Belra in Ruins 2 aswell, I believe.

There are only 3 Cave 1 Maps. So 1/3 chance.
