I know why my data got deleted, to those who read my "Explanation For Deletion", I think I've found out why, ok first off I recived a coulpe of items from a friend who played online a TJsword,Double Cannon, Red Ring, and I think thats it oh no wiat and a red handgun

Now all the weopons had very high percentes
TJ-Sword:90/90/90/0/0
Double Cannon:0/100/0/100/60
Red Hangun:0/100/0/100/60

I got rid of the red ring because I knew it wasn't legit, but the others I couldn't really tell so I kept them, and I think the cause my game to freeze and get deleted

Hrm... I don't think hacks 'cause your game to freeze like that though, do they?

I really don't know, It's only a hunch. but It's the only reason i could think of.

The only one i know of that does that is the white saber.

yea, I've herd alot on the white weapons latley, are they hacked?

Of course they are. There're a few other hacker-made items too. Like the Al Rappy slots on the XBox and the ???? items, just to name a few.

^It adds permanent ATP to a character.

Al Rappies are basically God/Powers, with hell lot more ATP added. I don't think it's permanent though... It acts as any other slot, just with a humungous boost. At least, that's what I've heard. I've never really got my hands on one before...

Those items will *not* cause character corruption or deletion.

so what caused my Memory card to be whiped? a disk read error?

There are so many ways you could lose data...

- Deletion off of memory card from GC Dashboard
- Accidental deletion of guild card, option or main file.
- Bad FSOD
- BSOD
- Power Outage
- FSODX
- Removal of memory card at wrong time
- Touching metal part of memory card
- Power Surge

REALLY so people do know cheat I know if you have a Action Reply you can scerw around with codes till something works.

Anyways this may of been why your game data was deleted it happen with my first character I wanted to move my PSO file to a new memory card so I copyed it and BOOM lost it I see why it did it now cause then one could make a strong character and copy there file onto multi cards and sell them

man was I mad though this may not seem like it wass really bad and I agree but I was at level 60 something so at least I wasn't at 200<<<I'd kill the makers *wink*

Bump indeed but

No, they cannot corrupt or FSOD

White weapons are kamikaze FSODs, and only then they have to be used, and even THEN, there is an anti code which prevents them from working

ok this aint how it works
I've been corrupted a couple of times yeah, but by other players, never by a weapon. Why is this? because weapons cant corrupt. How do I know this? because I have 1 Month of gameplay on my char and every one of his weapons are hacked, I know this because the people that gave them to me told me as much. whenever something bad happens its human nature to pin the blame on something, sorry but sometimes things happen for no reason at all, one time my memory card just out of the blue forgot all the saves on it for no reason. I hate to be the one to tell you this but its just life, some things have no explanation.
