People *do* still play C-mode, right?

I'm thinking of renewing my HL, mostly so I can play C-mode. People do gather in Io11 and play it, right? Or at least there are enough open games there to make it worthwhile, right?

Oh, and do English speakers sometimes go there? I don't mind playing with Japanese, but English speakers make the ordeal so much easier.

Yup, Io11 is still really populated, around 250 people there on afternoon and around 80 on Io12, but most are japanese players, though I felt on many US players as well, but maybe you won't encounter as much US players now than US v2 can't connect to jp ships (well it's probably temporary anyway!)! =/

I nver got to finish C-Mode. Everytime I played with others they never started one. That sucked.

Anyway, all I really do is challenge as well. And there are a lot of english speakers who play too. I got a couple more weps to get and then I'll go back to Ultimate. So yeah, head down to Io 11 for your challenge fix.

Io:11 still gets crowded from around 5am to 2pm Pacific (give or take a few hours). I loves me some c-mode. However, it's funny how there can be 250 people on Io:11 and yet you can sit in a team for an hour and never get four players... lol

C Mode needs to die. It's a new form of evil. True, getting the s-rank gives you some comfort but the path to the s-rank is a dark and dangerous road.

I've recently been trying c-mode, and I haven't been disappointed. Sure, the S-rank prizes are nice to aspire to, but there's also value in the teamwork and sense of community involved.
