I am sure this has been discussed but I am unable to download any of the files here at PSOW. Specifically, I wanted to download the SectionIDX program and the Character Mananger program. I know that those are PSOW only downloads and I used to have them but unfortunately both were lost in my last HDD corruption. Any links or anything really would be much appreciated. Thank you in advance.
