Can anyone spare Lvl 30 techs?

I know it's a longshot but take pitty on me. I lost my characters about a year ago and have now decided to get back online with PSO (just did tonight) and my goal is to get back all those lvl 30 techs i had for both my Fonewmns.

So can anyone help?

congratulations on getting back to the pso, but its going to be hard to find someone to spare you legits lvl 30 techs, ill suggest you to do ruins/towers there is the places where you can find lvl 30 techs more faster, and also i suggest to find devil/god techniques as well, if you are redia do temple to find your god technique, again welcome back to pso
