GC-Item: I don't find rares anymore... I desperately need he

I do not have online capabilities yet. Ever since my friend, who does, gave me a rare item, I haven't found a singel rare item with all caps as it's name. Is this supposed to happen?

Have patience. The drops will come with time.

If your not at least in VHard you shouldn't expect to see rares.

same chance of getting a rare item on online and offline basically, higher the difficulty the more rares you'll find aswell.

Like everyone else said, we can't really tell you anything that will get you a rare item for certain, except "Keep trying, you're having bad luck." If you continue to do runs and such, you'll find it eventually.

I heard hack items can make you find less chance of finding rares.

Using a hacked mag or "stacking" your items reduces the drop rate of rares.
