Serial and Acess Key not the same?

Ok I am getting annoyed, I finally got my Hunters License. Now when I try connecting its saying that my Serial and Acess do not match that of what I signed up with. When I try to see my serial and acess on the Hl site, they don't come up, so must I re-register.
I am useing Verison Dsl, and connecting directly to the Modem =S

Edit: I signed up for my HL on my Pc, so could that be the problem? o_O

Here is the error I get-
(No.113)
Hunter's License is not registered under this Serial number / Access key.

Please select network setup in options / Hunters license and register.
(During the free trial period, registration fee is free.)

PRESS START.

Have you check your Account? If you havd done so then go on whatever your PSO is on and type in the same Serial #. DSL..I don't know much sorry.

I checked my account, it wont show me my serial and access, I doubt I put it in wrong though.

Lol, its in the Us. Anyway i'm thing now maybe its not showing up because I registered on my Pc, maybe I should do it again on my Gc or sumtin? =S

It shouldn't matter whether you registered using your PC or GC, you should be able to see your serial/access number.

Are you sure that the numbers you used on the site are the same ones you entered on your memory card? If you are using different numbers, then you will encounter problems. For example, say you own Episode1&2 and Episode 3. If you registered your ep3 numbers on the website, but used your ep1&2 numbers on the memory card, you will receive the error message you described.

I doubt I made any errors, I just thing the HL site is being all screwy. I can't even access it now, nor the forums. Ehh.. and I went through alot of trouble to get ready to play online >.o

It would be a good idea to call them. The tech representatives are the ones that have the power to clear up any outstanding issues you may have regarding your account.

I cant acess sega.com now.. so I am unable to get their number so I can call and see whats wrong, anyone mind getting it for me @_@

X3 Yesterday it was accepted, I got the number, called and they tell me that I need to call the bank because the card isnt going through. Argh >_<
