I just beat Drk Falz for the first time on normal difficulty, should I play Episode II now on normal or play Episode I again on hard? Will the enemies on the first level of Episode II be too weak?

Why don't you try hard mode, and if it's too hard, play Episode II instead.

If you want to level the fastest, go onto Episode I hard mode, but remember, you can also play episode II hard mode now as well. (Beating one on a difficulty unlocks the difficulties on both eps)
