How come the Japanese get wine and we only get some cider?

But anyway I found my cider in one of those vending machines near the transporter.

I remember talking to Decswxaqz about that when the game got released, we figured it out to be that the US couldn't handle the word 'wine' in a teen rated game.

i talked to all the people in the morgue and this didn't reveal anything, but cinder blocks are dense.

If you look closely at the guide, you'll see that you have to talk to the NPCs in a certain order.
