Urgh I can't stand when peaple when they say they are the best and nothing can stop the.

Comes time I fight Someone In a game and own him in every game he through at me he says he still the best.

.. the best at losing and not admitting it.

I wish I could find some competent people to challenge in some fighting games. I'd like to hone my skills but, sadly, need to play with someone at or above my level.

I'm not even the best or close, either. I mean, I can bust out combos, know the basics, perhaps get a couple of advanced things down for alot of games... but actually getting some practice applying what I've learned to good opponents? I don't get any of that.

Sadly, yes we will. I have a friend who is very much to say he is "the best at everything". The bad thing is, within our circle of friends, he pretty much the overall best videogamewise. Though at times i can mtach him game for game, in the end he always edges out everyone. Sure its discouraging, until he gets wiped out completly by someone at an arcade in *insert any decent fighting game here*. So the lesson is, as was taught in the simpsons:

"Now matter how good you are at something, theres always about a million people better than you.

I personally have no problem loosing to girls or anyone else aslong as it was a fun and fair match e.g no cheating or other shit like that.

Try again, but tell him you'll kill his mother if he loses. That way you'll be sure to get decent competition out of him..

Make sure to follow through with the punishment if he loses as well or at least chop a finger off or two. Then let him try again, this time threatening his father. He's sure to take you seriously then.
