View Full Version : Fire alarm! Everyone hit the deck!

Today is the anniversary of this stunt. =)

With the coming of Spring, Fire Drills were in abundance at Carroll High. Kids even pulled the alarm down just for an excuse to go outside for 10-15 minutes.

One day, during last period English, we had a scheduled Fire Drill, I felt the urge to do something.

And I gave in, the minute the alarm sounded, I stood up and ran around. Stopped at a random spot and yelled, "Fire alarm! Everyone hit the deck!" I dropped down and dragged myself under desks and back to mine on the other side of the room.

With blank stares and laughter, I sat down in my chair, got back up and went to the door so we could go outside as a class.

I sure do miss High School. =(
